济南市与塞尔维亚诺维萨德市自2025年6月签署友好备忘录以来，两市友谊开启崭新篇章。山东高速集团承建的人行与自行车观光桥正为诺维萨德增添灵动景致与城市活力，而即将在济南落成的诺维萨德友城花园，则成为中塞“铁杆”友谊的又一美好见证。丙午新春，诺维萨德市市长扎尔科·米钦通过视频向济南市民致以诚挚祝福。

亲爱的济南市民朋友们，我非常高兴以视频方式和大家见面，共迎新春！我谨代表诺维萨德全体市民，向你们致以最诚挚的祝贺，祝愿贵市不断发展进步，居民安居乐业。

诺维萨德市和济南市于2025年6月2日签署友好备忘录，将两市的友谊提升到更高水平。山东高速集团正在诺维萨德建造一座人行与自行车观光桥，这座桥将成为一处美丽的景点，也将为诺维萨德注入新的活力。这是中塞两国人民携手推进的众多合作项目之一，也是两国“铁杆”友谊的生动实践。我也非常高兴地看到在济建设的诺维萨德友城花园即将竣工，我从照片和视频可以看到它真的非常美丽。

诺维萨德期待与济南进一步深化合作，在青年交流、教育、文化、经济等领域开展更多务实合作。马年即将到来，再次祝愿各位新的一年身体健康，活力满满，马到成功。

Dear friends, citizens of Jinan,

I am extremely happy to be able to share with you in this way the joy of welcoming the Lunar New Year!

On behalf of all the citizens of Novi Sad, I send you my warmest congratulations, with the wish that your city continues to develop and progress, for the benefit of all its residents.

Novi Sad and Jinan elevated their friendship to a more prominent level by signing the Memorandum of Friendship on June 2, 2025.

The Shandong Company from your beautiful city is building a pedestrian and bicycle bridge in Novi Sad, which will be a real attraction and something completely new in this part of the world.

This is one of numerous joint projects of the Chinese and Serbian people that are being implemented thanks to the steel friendship of our two nations.

We are very happy that the garden of friendship between Jinan and Novi Sad is almost finished, and as far as we could see in the photos and video, it really looks magnificent.

Novi Sad wholeheartedly supports further development of cooperation with Jinan, and we hope for even more youth exchanges and concrete joint activities in the fields of education, culture and economy.

Once again, I congratulate you the upcoming Year of the Horse, may it commence in good health, full of enthusiasm and energy for new victories.
