超600名员工联名致信抗议,也没能拦住谷歌与五角大楼牵手。
近日,谷歌与美国国防部达成新协议,首次允许美军在机密任务中使用其人工智能模型。据知情人士透露,该协议允许五角大楼将谷歌AI用于“任何合法的政府目的”,同时要求谷歌根据政府要求协助调整其AI安全设置与过滤器。条款宽松程度被认为超过OpenAI今年2月与五角大楼达成的协议。
协议签署前,谷歌内部已出现明显阻力。超600名谷歌员工联名致信公司首席执行官桑达尔·皮查伊,要求公司拒绝该协议,并主张只有彻底回避机密工作,才能从根本上防止谷歌AI遭到滥用。有专业人士分析,虽然合同中写有AI系统“无意用于、且不应被用于”大规模监控或自主武器,但这类措辞没有约束力,协议也明确谷歌无权干预美军作战决策。
此次谷歌协议的签署,发生在行业对AI军事应用争议持续发酵的背景之下。年初,Anthropic便因拒绝接受“任何合法用途”条款,并坚持保留针对大规模监控与自主武器两条明确红线,而与五角大楼的谈判公开破裂,被列入供应链风险。当时,超900名谷歌员工曾支持Anthropic坚守的红线,现在谷歌自己却先跨了过去。这意味着行业内部的道德共识正在加速瓦解,令外界对AI在高风险军事场景中的实际约束机制更加忧虑。

4月27日,前谷歌DeepMind研究员David Silver宣布为其成立仅数月的初创公司Ineffable Intelligence完成11亿美元种子轮融资,创下纪录。
According to foreign media reports, on April 27th, former Google DeepMind researcher David Silver announced he’d raised a record $1.1 billion seed round for his months-old startup Ineffable Intelligence.
此外,前Meta AI负责人杨立昆离职后创立的AMI Labs已于今年3月完成10亿美元融资。
In addition, AMI Labs, founded by former Meta’s AI chief Yann LeCun after his departure, completed a $1 billion funding round in March of this year.

In 2026, VCs have funnelled $18.8 billion into AI startups founded since the start of 2025, according to global technology ecosystem data platform Dealroom. That’s on track to surpass the $27.9 billion picked up last year.
星巴克上调全年业绩展望
Starbucks Raises Full-Year Outlook
据外媒报道,总部位于美国的星巴克公司发布了连续第二个季度客流量回升的业绩表现后,于4月28日上调全年可比利润与同店销售增长目标。
According to foreign media reports, Starbucks, headquartered in the U.S., raised its full-year outlook for comparable earnings and same-store sales growth on April 28, after reporting its second straight quarter of traffic growth.
星巴克表示,2026财年,其全球及美国同店销售额预计增长至少5%,高于此前预测的3%。
For fiscal 2026, Starbucks said global and U.S. same-store sales are now expected to increase by at least 5%, up from its prior projection of an increase of 3%.
财报显示,星巴克第二财季归属公司净利润为 5.109 亿美元;去年同期净利润为 3.842 亿美元。公司净销售额同比增长约9%,达到95.3亿美元。
According to the fiscal reports, in second-quarter, Starbucks' net income attributable to the company of $510.9 million, up from $384.2 million a year earlier. The company's net sales rose roughly 9% to $9.53 billion.
