根据美国就业咨询公司“挑战者”发布的月度报告，今年上半年，美国科技行业迎来了一波大规模裁员潮，截至6月底，行业累计裁员人数接近14万人，行业整体就业形势持续收紧。
哪个企业动刀最狠？亚马逊首当其冲。今年1月，亚马逊宣布裁员1.6万人，而在此前三个月，该公司已完成1.4万人的裁员工作，两轮裁员合计占到公司总员工数的9%。亚马逊CEO也公开表示，未来几年人工智能（AI）会大幅提升企业运营效率，公司必须精简层级、缩减人员，保持企业的灵活度，快速适配行业变化。
不止亚马逊，多家知名科技企业都在瘦身调整。社交巨头Meta在今年5月完成最新一轮裁员，裁员8000人，裁员比例高达员工总数的10%。除此之外，甲骨文、思科等老牌科技企业，也相继开启裁员计划。
这波大规模裁员的核心原因，并非行业衰退，而是AI技术普及带来的企业架构重组与工作自动化升级。现如今，AI确实能替代一部分重复性、流程化的工作，比如客服、初级编程、数据标注等，这就导致各大科技巨头精简人员、优化架构。
整体来看，当下美国科技行业正迎来AI驱动的结构性转型，效率升级的同时，传统人力岗位也迎来了新一轮的洗牌调整。

科思创与比亚迪建立战略合作伙伴关系
Covestro and BYD Form Strategic Partnership
7月13日，全球性聚合物及其组分生产商科思创与新能源汽车制造商比亚迪宣布签署谅解备忘录，正式建立长期战略合作伙伴关系。
On July 13, Covestro, the global polymer materials and their components manufacturer and BYD, the new energy vehicle producers, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a long-term strategic partnership.
根据合作谅解备忘录，双方将在新能源汽车、动力电池、公共交通、储能及新技术应用等领域深化合作，推进联合创新、共同技术开发，并探索战略投资机会。
Under the MoU, the two companies will deepen their collaboration across new energy vehicles, power batteries, public transportation, energy storage, and new technology applications. The partnership will include joint innovation initiatives, technology co-development and strategic investment opportunities.
据了解，除共同开发产品外，双方还将致力于推进低碳与循环材料解决方案的开发，旨在减少下一代交通出行、能源与智能系统的环境足迹。
Beyond product co-development, the two companies are committed to advancing low-carbon and circular material solutions that reduce the environmental footprint of next-generation mobility, energy and intelligent systems.
IBM发布第二季度盈利预警后股价暴跌25%

据外媒报道，美国国际商业机器公司（IBM）股价本周二暴跌25%，创下有史以来最差单日表现。此前这家主营硬件、软件及咨询服务的科技企业公布的二季度初步业绩未能达到市场预期。
According to foreign media reports, International Business Machines(IBM) shares plummeted 25% on Tuesday, setting a record for the worst day on record, after the hardware, software and consulting provider released preliminary second-quarter results that fell short of expectations.
IBM首席执行官阿尔温德・克里希纳将业绩不及预期的原因归咎于软件和基础设施业务走弱，因为客户将资本开支转向存储芯片等硬件采购。
CEO Arvind Krishna blamed the shortfall on weakness in the software and infrastructure business, as clients shifted spending toward hardware purchases such as memory chips.
报道称，IBM此次股价大跌，也反映出市场担忧，即人工智能（AI）技术的快速迭代或将颠覆传统大型软件厂商原有商业模式。
According to reports, the sharp drop in IBM's stock price also reflects market concerns that the rapid iteration of AI technology may overturn the original business models of traditional large software vendors.
