　　近日，英特尔宣布对数据中心业务部门启动新一轮裁员，这是继前两年大规模裁员之后的又一次人员削减。官方称此次架构优化旨在聚焦核心业务、提升运营效率。

　　值得注意的是，此次调整的恰恰是英特尔当前的业绩增长引擎。今年一季度，数据中心业务营收同比增长22%，是带动公司整体回暖的核心板块。涨势向好的部门反而成为精简目标，其降本增效、收拢资源投向高价值赛道的意图十分明显。

　　尽管裁员动作不断，华尔街对英特尔的改革路径却颇为买账，过去一年其股价累计上涨超300%。但地区产业阵痛同样明显，作为英特尔最大的制造基地所在地，美国俄勒冈州首当其冲，当地员工两年间从2.3万降至约1.6万，全州半导体就业规模跌至近30年低点，产业地位持续承压。

　　放眼整个科技行业，这类结构性调整仍在延续。数据显示，今年以来科技行业累计裁员超12万人，接近去年全年总量。这场由技术变革驱动的产业转型，正加速步入深水区。

　　GM Announces It will Launch New Gas-Powered Cadillac Vehicles Next Spring

　　据外媒报道，美国通用汽车在7月21日举行的公司第二季度财报电话会议上表示，将于明年春季开始推出新款燃油版凯迪拉克车型。

　　According to foreign media reports, General Motors announced on its second-quarter earnings conference call on July 21 that it will launch new gas-powered Cadillac vehicles beginning next spring.

　　新产品发布进一步体现了通用汽车在电动车领域的战略回撤。该汽车制造商此前曾计划凯迪拉克在本世纪末前实现仅销售电动车。公司也已收回旗下其他品牌的电动车计划，并增加了包括V8发动机在内的燃油发动机产量。

　　The new product announcements add to GM's pullback in EVs. The automaker had planned for Cadillac to exclusively sell electric vehicles by the end of this decade. The company also has walked back EV plans for other brands and increased gas-powered engine production, including V-8 offerings.

　　报道称，自去年下半年以来，由于电动车普及速度慢于预期，以及美国监管机构放宽了排放标准并取消了对电动车的支持，通用汽车电动车相关费用已累计达到109亿美元。

　　GM has recorded $10.9 billion in EV-related charges since the second half of last year after slower-than-expected electric vehicle adoption as well as U.S. regulatory changes easing emissions standards and eliminating support for EVs.

　　Super Micro's Profit Margin Expectation Significantly Raised

　　据外媒报道，当地时间7月21日，服务器制造商超微电脑表示，受新订单激增推动，预计截至2026年6月30日的第四财季，其利润率高于此前预期，公司股价在盘后交易中上涨超15%。

　　According to foreign media reports, on July 21 local time, server maker Super Micro Computer announced that it expects its profit margin for the fourth-quarter ending June 30, 2026 was higher than previously expected, with a surge in new orders, causing the company's stock price to jump 15% in after-hours trading.

　　该公司表示，预计当季毛利率和调整后的毛利率将在15%至17%之间，远高于管理层5月份给出的8.2%至8.4%的指引范围。

　　The company said its gross margin and adjusted gross margin should come in between 15% and 17%, a step up from the range of 8.2% to 8.4% that management provided in May.

　　报道指出，市场对搭载英伟达GPU的人工智能服务器需求旺盛，不仅推动了超微电脑的增长，也带动了戴尔和惠普等竞争对手。

　　Demand for servers containing Nvidia graphics processing units that run artificial intelligence models has been surging for Super Micro, as well as rivals Dell and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
