　　近日，英特尔公布了第二季度财报，公司录得29亿美元净亏损，亏损幅度较去年同期进一步扩大。

　　面对经营压力，英特尔宣布启动大规模裁员计划，计划年内裁员15%，预计到今年底，公司员工将减至约7.5万人。公司还宣布取消在德国和波兰的新建工厂项目，并放缓美国俄亥俄州工厂的建设进度。

　　英特尔称，过去几年投资过多过快，但市场需求不足，导致工厂布局过于分散，利用率低下。当下，公司的每项投资都必须具备经济效益。

　　坏消息不止于此，据美国媒体报道，英特尔在一份监管文件中发出警告，称其正专注于下一代芯片研发工作，但是如果无法赢得重要的外部客户，研发工作将面临经济上的不可行性，项目可能会暂停或终止。有半导体行业媒体分析称，如果这一情况发生，意味着美国在半导体制造领域的能力将遭到空前打击。

　　三星电子签署165亿美元芯片供应合同

　　Samsung Electronics Signs $16.5 Billion Chip-Supply Contract

　　据外媒报道，韩国三星电子7月28日向监管机构提交的一份文件显示，该公司已与特斯拉签订一份价值165亿美元的半导体供应合同。

　　According to foreign media reports, Samsung Electronics has entered into a $16.5 billion contract for supplying semiconductors to Tesla, a regulatory filing by the South Korean company showed on July 28.

　　报道称，该合同自2025年7月24日起生效，合同期持续至2033年12月31日，是三星近年来最大单笔芯片订单之一。

　　It is reported that the contract will come into effect on July 24, 2025 and last until December 31, 2033. It is one of the largest single chip orders for Samsung in recent years.

　　三星将于本周四发布财报，预计第二季度利润将减少一半以上。

　　Samsung is set to release its financial report this Thursday, and it is expected that its profit in the second quarter will drop by more than half.

　　一位分析师此前向媒体表示，此预测是基于代工业务订单疲软，以及公司内存业务难以满足人工智能需求作出的判断。

　　An analyst previously told the media that the forecast was due to weak orders for its foundry business and as its memory business struggles to capture AI demand.

　　据外媒报道，美国玩具和游戏巨头孩之宝公司第二财季业绩超出华尔街预期，其数字游戏部门的强劲表现帮助抵消了受关税影响拖累的传统玩具业务的持续疲弱。

　　According to foreign media reports, the U.S. toy and gaming giant Hasbro topped Wall Street expectations for the fiscal second quarter as strength in its digital gaming division helped offset continued weaknesses in its traditional toy business, weighed down by the impact of tariffs.

　　财报显示，截至6月29日的第二季度，该公司营收达9.808亿美元，高于预估的8.805亿美元。

　　The financial report shows that in the second-quarter ending June 29, the company's revenue reached $980.8 million, higher than the estimated $880.5 million.

　　财报还显示，该公司本季度净亏损8.558亿美元，而去年同期净利润为1.385亿美元。

　　The financial report also shows that the company suffered a net loss of $855.8 million this quarter, compared with net income of $138.5 million in the same quarter a year ago.
