本周四,意大利汽车制造商法拉利股价暴跌15%,创公司上市以来最大跌幅。主要原因是公司公布的最新业绩指引低于市场预期。
此前,法拉利更新了今年和2030年的业绩指引,并表示将放缓电动化转型进程。到2030年,公司调整后利润将从今年的27.2亿欧元增长至不低于36亿欧元。在汽车产品组合中,40%将是内燃机汽车,40%是混合动力汽车,20%是全电动汽车。2022年,法拉利曾设定到2030年实现40%电动汽车的目标,新目标表明电动化转型不如预期。
法拉利的业绩展望看起来还算稳健,为何市场反应如此激烈?一个重要原因是此前投资者预期过高。有分析师表示,法拉利的业绩指引低于市场预期的较差情况,电动战略放缓也反映了管理层的保守。
在一系列乐观预期的刺激下,法拉利股价过去3年上涨3倍多。当新的业绩指引稍低于投资者预期时,股价马上遭遇“业绩杀”和“估值杀”。

ABB与软银签约拟出售机器人业务
ABB to Divest Robotics Division to SoftBank Group
10月8日,ABB宣布已签署协议将其机器人业务单元出售给日本综合性风险投资公司软银集团,企业估值53.75亿美元,不再推进此前拟定的机器人业务独立上市计划。
On October 8, ABB announced it has signed an agreement to divest its Robotics division to SoftBank Group Corp. for an enterprise value of $5.375 billion and not pursue its earlier intention to spin-off the business as a separately listed company.
据介绍,本次协议签署后,ABB将调整其财报结构,转变为三大事业部。自2025年第四季度起,机器人业务部门将被列为“非持续经营”项目。
As a result of the signing of the agreement ABB will adjust its reporting structure and move to three business areas. As of the fourth quarter 2025, the Robotics division will be reported as Discontinued operations.
ABB集团首席执行官马腾表示,“ABB与软银一致认为,世界正迈入基于人工智能的机器人新时代,相信机器人部门与软银机器人业务一起,将共同塑造这一时代。”
ABB CEO Morten Wierod said: “ABB and SoftBank share the same perspective that the world is entering a new era of AI-based robotics and believe that the division and SoftBank's robotics offering can best shape this era together.”
受国际市场推动销售增长 百事公司盈利超预期
PepsiCo Earnings Top Estimates as International Markets Fuel Sales Growth
据外媒报道,10月9日,百事公司公布的公司季度收益和收入超过分析师预期,因其国际市场的增长抵消了北美市场销量下滑的影响。
According to foreign media reports, On October 9, PepsiCo reported quarterly earnings and revenue that beat analysts' expectations, as international growth offset another quarter of declining volume in North America.
在7至9月这一季度,百事公司营收增长2.6%,达到239.4亿美元。
In the July-September quarter, PepsiCo's revenue increased by 2.6% to reach $23.94 billion.
百事公司表示,在北美市场,本季度其菲多利(Frito-Lay)零食及其他食品的销量下降2%,饮料销量下降3%;而在拉丁美洲和亚洲市场,销量则有所上升。
PepsiCo said that in the North American market, sales of its Frito-Lay snacks and other foods declined by 2% this quarter, and sales of beverages dropped by 3%. In the Latin American and Asian markets, sales have risen.
