近日，赣州依法办理一起涉案金额885万元的重大知识产权案件，9名涉案被告人均获刑，有力维护了外资企业合法权益，助力优化法治化营商环境。

　　Recently, Ganzhou has handled a major intellectual property case worth 8.85 million yuan. All nine defendants were sentenced, effectively protecting the legitimate rights of foreign-funded enterprises and improving the rule-of-law business environment.

　　据悉，涉案被侵权品牌“可利福（CLIPPER）”隶属于西班牙费拉玛吉斯集团（FLAMAGAS），该集团业务覆盖120多个国家和地区，2013年在赣州设立生产基地。近年来，假冒“可利福”打火机产品泛滥，损害品牌声誉并存在安全隐患。

　　The infringed brand CLIPPER belongs to FLAMAGAS of Spain, operating in over 120 countries and setting up a production base in Ganzhou in 2013. In recent years, counterfeit CLIPPER lighters have been rampant, damaging the brand’s reputation and posing safety risks.

　　赣州市公安局成功摧毁6处生产窝点、2个仓储仓库，抓获9名犯罪嫌疑人，查获假冒成品及配件91万只、生产设备及模具若干，捣毁完整假冒产业链。赣县区人民法院依法判处9名被告人有期徒刑六个月至四年不等，并处相应罚金，责令赔偿权利人253万余元、追缴违法所得29万余元。

　　Ganzhou police busted 6 production sites, 2 warehouses, arrested 9 suspects, and seized 910,000 counterfeit products and parts, dismantling the entire counterfeit chain. The Ganxian District People's Court sentenced the nine defendants to imprisonment from six months to four years, fined them, ordered over 2.53 million yuan in compensation, and recovered more than 290,000 yuan in illegal gains.
