8月19日，济南国际传播中心走进韩国水原市，将满载泉城文化底蕴的特色文创与主题明信片，送到当地民众、外国游客手中，以小而美的文化载体打破语言壁垒，让济南的城市魅力与人文底蕴在异国他乡鲜活呈现，为中韩民间文化交流搭建起暖心桥梁。

On August 19. the Jinan International Communication Center brought distinctive cultural and creative products and themed postcards infused with the profound cultural heritage of Spring City Jinan to Suwon, South Korea. By breaking language barriers with these exquisite and delicate cultural carriers, the event vividly displayed Jinan’s unique urban charm and humanistic heritage in a foreign land, building a warm bridge for people-to-people cultural exchanges between China and South Korea.

本次活动覆盖水原市中心商圈、公共文化场馆等多个市民与游客密集点位，以线下派送、现场讲解的形式，近距离向海外受众传递济南文化魅力。活动现场，非遗剪纸作品、泉城风光主题明信片、城市特色钥匙扣等济南文创一经亮相，便吸引了不同群体的关注，不少水原市民领取礼品后驻足细读，主动询问济南的泉水景观、民俗文化与旅游资源，现场交流氛围轻松热烈。

Covering crowded areas for citizens and tourists including central business districts and public cultural venues in Suwon, the event delivered the charm of Jinan culture to overseas audiences up close through offline giveaways and on-site explanations. As soon as Jinan’s cultural creations such as intangible cultural heritage paper-cut works, postcards featuring the scenery of Spring City, and characteristic city keychains were exhibited, they attracted attention from all walks of life. Many Suwon citizens stopped to read carefully after receiving the gifts and took the initiative to inquire about Jinan’s spring landscapes, folk culture and tourism resources, creating a relaxed and enthusiastic communication atmosphere on site.

“我听说过山东，也知道济南是著名的泉水之城，但这是第一次收到这么精致的济南礼物，真的太有特色了。”一位外国游客表示，这份意外的文化礼物让他对济南产生了强烈的好奇，未来有到访中国的计划时，一定会把济南列入行程。不少当地民众也表示，这份跨越山海的心意充满温度，既让他们直观感受到了中国传统文化的魅力，也拉近了两座城市的距离。

“I have heard of Shandong and know Jinan is a famous city of springs. This is the first time I have received such exquisite gifts from Jinan, which are truly unique,” said a foreign tourist. The unexpected cultural gift sparked his strong curiosity about Jinan, and he will definitely include Jinan in his travel itinerary when he plans a trip to China in the future. Many local residents also said that this sincere gesture across mountains and seas is heartwarming. It allows them to intuitively feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture and shortens the distance between the two cities.

此次活动让当地民众与游客得以近距离接触和了解济南文化，推动济南文化从官方推介转向民间互动，以可触摸、可收藏的文化产品，实现了一次温和而深入的城市形象传播。

The event enabled local residents and tourists to access and understand Jinan culture at close range. It transformed the promotion of Jinan culture from official publicity to folk interaction, and achieved gentle and in-depth dissemination of the city’s image through tangible and collectible cultural products.
