当地时间6月8日，美国开放人工智能研究中心（OpenAI）在官网发表简短声明，证实已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交首次公开募股（IPO）申请文件。公司方面称，目前尚未最终决定上市时间，声明也未涉及募资规模、发行价等核心条款。
OpenAI成立于2015年，这家公司在2022年推出智能聊天机器人程序ChatGPT，掀起全球AI发展的热潮。今年3月，OpenAI在融资中筹集1220亿美元，估值达8520亿美元。OpenAI首席执行官萨姆·奥尔特曼此前公开表示，希望公司最早于今年9月上市。据估算，上市后的OpenAI，其市场估值预计达到1万亿美元。
值得注意的是，就在一周前，OpenAI的主要竞争对手安索普（Anthropic）也递交了IPO申请，其H轮融资后估值9650亿美元。SpaceX则计划6月12日挂牌上市，估值约1.77万亿美元。
这三家公司合计估值超4万亿美元，成为近年美股规模最大的科技IPO集群。有分析指出，人工智能（AI）正迅速成为未来数年的投资主题。不过，由此引发的担忧也不容小觑。有银行家警告，这类IPO将吸引大量投资资金，对市场流动性形成阶段性挤压，中小规模IPO项目将面临融资压力。

通用汽车计划开发钠离子电池

据外媒报道，当地时间6月9日，美国通用汽车公司与美国储能企业Peak Energy宣布达成战略合作，共同开发用于电网侧储能领域的钠离子电池技术。
According to foreign media reports, on June 9 local time, General Motors(GM) and Peak Energy, an American energy storage company, announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop sodium-ion batteries technology for grid side energy storage.
据介绍，该电池成本低、寿命长、过热风险低，无需冷却系统，预计 2028 年试生产，能缩短商业化周期并压缩成本。
This battery has low cost, long lifespan, low risk of overheating, and not having to cool. It is expected to undergo trial production in 2028, which can shorten the commercialization cycle and reduce costs.
报道称，通用并未透露此次储能业务的具体投资金额，但已知该公司投入9亿美元用于新型电池技术商业化，这笔资金还将用于新建一座电池研发中心。
The report stated that GM did not disclose the specific investment amount for this energy storage business, but it is known that the company has invested $900 million in the commercialization of new battery technology, which will also be used to build a new battery research and development center.

据媒体报道，韩国企业追踪机构CEO Score 6月10日公布的数据显示，三星电子2025年在资本支出和研发方面投入近90万亿韩元（约合592亿美元），成为全球十大半导体公司中最大的投资者。
According to media reports, data released by the CEO Score of South Korean enterprise tracking agency on June 10 shows that Samsung Electronics will invest nearly 90 trillion Korean won (approximatelym＄59.2 billion) in capital expenditures and research and development(R&D) in 2025, becoming the largest investor among the top ten semiconductor companies in the world.
报道称，三星电子2023年的盈利一度大幅下滑，但该公司仍持续加大投资，当年的投资额是其营业利润的13倍以上，这为2025年开始加速发展的行业复苏奠定了基础。
The reports said, Samsung Electronics' profits declined significantly in 2023, but the company continued to increase investment, with the investment amount being more than 13 times its operating profit that year, laying the foundation for the industry's accelerated recovery starting in 2025.
CEO Score表示，鉴于半导体行业的特殊性，需要持续大规模投资，近期关于在当前繁荣周期中如何分配数万亿韩元奖金和留存收益的讨论，可能会给企业带来沉重的负担。
CEO Score stated that given the unique nature of the semiconductor industry, sustained large-scale investment is required, and recent discussions on how to allocate trillions of Korean won bonuses and retained earnings during the current boom cycle may impose a heavy burden on companies.
