金秋十月，举国同庆。在中国国庆节之际，为共同感受、感知中国国庆节浓厚节日氛围，增进外籍青年对中华优秀传统文化的了解，近日，在济南国际传播中心的策划组织下，来自俄罗斯的外籍青年走进泉城济南，参加“庆国庆·感知中国”文化体验活动。他们通过体验非遗剪纸、手写“济南你好”明信片、试穿传统服饰马面裙等方式，共庆国庆节、共叙中外友好。
Recently, young people from Russia visited Jinan, the City of Springs, for a cultural experience event themed “Celebrating China’s National Day and Experiencing China,” organized by the Jinan International Communication Center.
Through activities including traditional Chinese paper-cutting, writing “Hello, Jinan” postcards, and trying on the traditional mamianqun skirt, they celebrated China’s National Day and shared in the spirit of friendship between China and other countries.
国庆节是中国人民表达家国情怀、祝福国家繁荣昌盛的重要节日。活动期间，济南大街小巷国旗飘扬，节日氛围喜庆热烈。
济南国际传播中心记者首先向俄罗斯青年介绍了中国国庆节的文化内涵和节日习俗，帮助他们更好理解中国人民在国庆节期间所表达的自豪感与祝福之情。
A reporter from the Jinan International Communication Center first introduced the cultural significance and traditions of China’s National Day, helping the Russian participants better understand the sense of pride and goodwill expressed by the Chinese people during the holiday.
在非遗剪纸体验环节，剪纸老师向俄罗斯青年讲解了中国剪纸艺术的历史渊源和基本技法。俄罗斯青年们认真构思、动手剪制，体验了中国剪纸技艺的独特魅力。
During the traditional paper-cutting session, an instructor introduced the Russian participants to the history and basic techniques of Chinese paper-cutting, an intangible cultural heritage. The Russian participants carefully designed their works and tried their hand at paper-cutting, experiencing the unique appeal of this traditional Chinese art.
一方红纸、一把剪刀，在指尖流转间呈现出浓浓的国庆节日气息，也让他们感受到中国非物质文化遗产的独特魅力。
随后，俄罗斯青年提笔写下“济南你好”主题明信片，并纷纷写下“祝中国生日快乐”“国庆节快乐”“中俄友谊长存”等祝福语。
They then wrote “Hello, Jinan” postcards and added messages such as “Happy Birthday to China,” “Happy National Day,” and “Long live China-Russia friendship.”
他们表示，希望通过这张来自济南的明信片，把中国国庆节的喜悦和对中国的美好祝福传递给远方的亲友，让更多人感受中国节日的热烈与温暖。
在传统服饰体验环节，俄罗斯青年换上中国传统服饰马面裙，学习传统礼仪，并一同合影留念。典雅的马面裙与喜庆的国庆氛围相互映衬，展现出中华传统服饰之美。
During the traditional attire experience, the Russian participants put on the Chinese traditional mamianqun skirt, learned traditional etiquette, and posed for group photos.
The elegant mamianqun skirts complemented the festive National Day atmosphere, showcasing the beauty of traditional Chinese attire.
俄罗斯青年表示，通过亲身体验，不仅加深了对中国国庆节的认识，也进一步体会到中华文化的深厚底蕴。
“国庆节不仅是中国的节日，也让我们感受到中国人民对国家的热爱和对美好生活的向往。”
“China’s National Day is not only a celebration for the Chinese people. It also gives us a deeper sense of their love for their country and their aspirations for a better life.”
一名来自俄罗斯的青年代表说，此次活动让他们在济南共同感受、感知了中国国庆节氛围，愿今后继续发挥桥梁作用，促进中俄文化交流与民间友好。
A young representative from Russia said the event allowed them to experience the festive atmosphere of China’s National Day in Jinan, adding that they hoped to continue serving as a bridge for cultural exchange and friendship between the people of China and Russia.
此次活动以中国国庆节为契机，以文化体验为纽带，让外籍青年在济南近距离感受中国节日氛围和传统文化魅力。下一步，将继续开展形式多样的中外文化交流活动，讲好中国故事，促进民心相通，让更多外籍友人了解中国、喜爱中国。
活动在欢声笑语中结束。俄罗斯青年手持剪纸作品和“济南你好”明信片，身着马面裙合影留念，共同祝愿中国国庆节快乐、中俄友谊长青。
The event concluded in an atmosphere of joy and friendship. Holding their paper-cutting works and “Hello, Jinan” postcards, the Russian participants posed for group photos in their mamianqun skirts, extending their wishes for a happy National Day in China and lasting friendship between China and Russia.
